Help us reconnect with Shareholders who have undeliverable mail on file so they can continue receiving their distributions without interruption.

Returned Mail & Address Updates

CIRI works to maintain accurate records to ensure Shareholders are receiving the benefits they are entitled to. When CIRI mail is returned as undeliverable, distributions are held and the Shareholder does not qualify to participate in any prize drawings until the address is updated. Below is a list of Shareholders on CIRI's Returned Mail List.

Shareholders can update their information in two ways:

  • Download and complete the Change of Address Form available on this page and return it to CIRI.

  • Log in to Qenek to update your mailing address electronically.
