Maintain Your Records

CIRI maintains complete stock records for each Shareholder. Because stock records are the basis of determining who is entitled to received distributions and to vote at meetings of Shareholders, it is extremely important that the records are accurately kept. CIRI also maintains records for its confirmed Descendants. Access to all the forms needed to maintain and update your information, gift stock and more can be found below.

  • Acceptance of Stock Gift (Inter Vivos) - Adult

    Use this form to formally accept shares of CIRI stock that have been gifted to you as an adult.

  • Acceptance of Stock Gift (Inter Vivos) - Minor/Ward

    Parents or legal guardians must use this form to accept stock gifted to a minor or ward and designate a custodian for the shares.

  • Ada Honor Program Application

    Apply for financial assistance to help cover costs associated with a deceased Shareholders’s passing through this burial support program.

  • Certificate of Degree of Indian or Alaska Native Blood (CDIB)

    Request this official certification to document your Alaska Native blood quantum for enrollment or other eligibility purposes.

  • Change of Address/Name

    Keep your name and mailing address current to prevent returned mail. Undeliverable CIRI mail results in held payments (interest‑free) and ineligibility for prize drawings until your address is updated.

    Address Updates

    • Address changes cannot be made by phone.

    • Portal users may update their address online through Qenek.

    • Non‑portal users must submit a completed Change of Address / Name Form or a signed letter with the new address, phone number, and identifying information.

    • Address changes for minors must be signed by the stock custodian.

    • Your CIRI address must match your Postal Service address to avoid returned mail.

    • Legal documentation is required to update a name on record.

    Submit this request if your distribution check has been lost, stolen, or destroyed, and you need a new check issued.

    Begin the registration process to become a recognized CIRI Descendant, connect with the corporation, and access potential program benefits.

  • Direct Deposit

    Set up or update direct deposit to receive your distribution payments quickly and securely. Funds are deposited electronically the same day checks are mailed, eliminating mail delays and trips to the bank.

    Please attach proof of account ownership—such as a preprinted voided check, deposit slip, bank statement, or a letter from your financial institution—and return it to CIRI.

  • Electronic Communications Consent (Greenlink Program)

    Help reduce CIRI's carbon footprint and qualify for a quarterly prizing drawing by electing to receive certain communications from CIRI electronically (instead of paper). All communications listed on page 1 of the form must be set to electronic to qualify.
