Kaarlo K. Wik is co‑owner and operator of the Poofy Puffin Upholstery Place, a small business specializing in furniture repair and upholstery services. He serves as board chair of Salamatof Native Association and serves on several boards and commissions for Salamatof/Kenaitze Indian Tribe and Cook Inlet Tribal Council. Mr. Wik holds an associate degree in small business administration from Kenai Peninsula College.
A lifelong resident of Nikiski, Alaska, Mr. Wik has served on the CIRI Board of Directors since 2025.
