Louis Nagy Jr.

Louis “Lou” Nagy Jr. is a professor of aviation maintenance technology at the University of Alaska Anchorage. He previously served as vice chair and secretary‑treasurer of The CIRI Foundation board and is a former director of CIRI Alaska Tourism Corp. He also served as chair of Seldovia Native Association Inc. and as a director of the Seldovia Native Association Foundation.

Mr. Nagy holds an Associate of Applied Science in aviation maintenance technology from Anchorage Community College. From the University of Alaska Anchorage, he earned an Associate of Applied Science in electronics technology, a Bachelor of Science in technology and a Master of Science in vocational education. He has served on the CIRI Board of Directors since 2006.
