Samuel G. Spangler is a retired Intel Corporation executive with extensive international experience, having worked throughout Europe and Asia. He brings deep expertise from the technology‑driven global business environment, with leadership experience at Intel, AT&T, Infineon Technologies and Lucent Technologies.
Mr. Spangler serves as a Trustee of the CIRI Settlement Trust and has been a member of the CIRI Board of Directors since 2017.
