Rhonda M. Oliver

As CIRI’s senior vice president, enterprise optimization, Rhonda Oliver develops and executes strategies to improve the Company’s overall efficiency, effectiveness, performance and profitability across the enterprise. She also leads CIRI’s risk management and accounting teams.

Rhonda is an Ahtna Inc. shareholder of Athabascan descent. Prior to her current role with CIRI, she served as vice president, corporate controller. Before joining CIRI, she worked at Deloitte & Touche, a national accounting firm.

Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a certified public accountant. In May 2014, she completed Alaska Pacific University’s Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program. She is a member of the Alaska Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

She serves on the finance and audit committee of the University of Alaska Foundation and on the audit committee for Special Olympics Alaska. She joined the CIRI team in 1999.
