Chief Legal Officer
As CIRI’s chief legal officer, Stephanie Aicher aligns the Company’s legal and business strategies, recommends innovative business solutions, mitigates risk and ensures legal efficiency. She is responsible for CIRI’s legal, human resources, benefits, probate and corporate compliance matters.
Prior to joining CIRI, Stephanie was an associate at DeLisio Moran Geraghty & Zobel PC, where she practiced construction law, employment law, transitional work, litigation, and general commercial and business matters. She is a member of the Alaska and American bar associations; former chair of the Catholic Social Services Alaska Board of Trustees; and former vice chair of the Municipality of Anchorage Zoning Board of Examiners and Appeals. She previously served on the board of directors of Special Olympics Alaska and is an active member of the Downtown Anchorage Rotary Club.
Stephanie earned bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminology, cum laude, from Southern Oregon University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. In 2020, she completed Alaska Pacific University’s Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program. She was named Top Forty Under 40 by the Alaska Journal of Commerce in 2020 and was a YWCA Alaska Women of Achievement awardee in 2022.
Stephanie joined CIRI in 2012 as associate counsel before assuming the role of general counsel in 2018.
