President
As CIRI’s president, Tabetha Toloff oversees the company’s ANCSA mission and operations; spearheads stakeholder engagement; and provides strategic oversight of the Shareholder Relations, Shareholder + Descendant Programs and Corporate Affairs departments. She is a CIRI Shareholder of Athabascan descent and an enrolled member of the Salamatof Tribe of Kenai. She is also a shareholder of Bering Straits Native Corporation and Sitnasuak Native Corporation.
Tabetha brings to her role broad business acumen, strong leadership competencies and a deep understanding of the history, importance and priorities of ANCSA, Alaska Native corporations and Tribes.
She spent 10 years as chief administrative officer and vice president of institutional advancement for Cook Inlet Tribal Council, a CIRI‑affiliated designated Tribal organization. She previously held management and leadership roles at CIRI, The CIRI Foundation and Alyeska Pipeline Service Company.
Tabetha holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Alaska Pacific University, a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a certificate in servant leadership from Gonzaga University, and a graduate certificate from Alaska Pacific University’s Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program.
Her professional and community affiliations and volunteer board and committee service include the ANCSA Regional Association, Alaska Federation of Natives, Alaska Native Heritage Center and the Anchorage Economic Development Corporation Investor’s Council. She was a 2022 inductee into the Anchorage ATHENA Society, which recognizes women for outstanding leadership, professional excellence and community involvement. Tabetha joined CIRI as president in 2025.
